With the rapid development of higher education, an increasing number of people have the opportunity to obtain higher academic background, which intensifies the competition among graduates for jobs. In order to meet the requirements of companies, more students endeavor to get more certificates and higher degrees, but ignore the cultivation of working capacity and practical experience. Whereas, can the blind pursuit of well-educated staff meet the companies' need?
