I am writing the letter to complain about the poor service of your library.
I went to the librare last Sunday. Unfortunately, I found some aspects need to be improved in your service. First of all, the reading environment fails to live up to the expectations, as there were several students discussing questions loudly but nobody stopped them. What annoys me even more is the bad attitude of your librarians. To improve this situation, I hope you can employ some professional librarians or conduct training programs to explore the possibilities for service improvement.
I sincerely hope that you can take my complaint into consideration and improve your service. I would appreciate a reply as soon as possible.
