Dear Professors,
I am assistant worker of the Expert Office. I am writing to invite you to participate the New Year's Day celebration activities organized by our university.
The activities will last from 5 pm to 12 pm on December 31st, including a dinner, an evening party and a firework show. The dinner will be in No.1 dining hall from 5 pm to 6 pm and University faculty will attend it. After the dinner each expert will be offered a ticket to the evening party to be held in the auditorium from 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm in which various programs will be presented by student. From 11 pm to 12 pm. we will go to sports ground to enjoy the firework show and welcome the coming of the New Year together. You could choose to participate in all these activities or part of them.
